Private Instruction

I am available for private instruction.

Studying in a one-on-one setting is a wonderful way to take your practice further and enjoy the undivided attention of the teacher. It’s also a great introduction to yoga if the class setting seems intimidating. Students may wish to address the following:

  • Recovery from Injury

  • Injury prevention

  • Refining alignment

  • Taking on more challenging poses

  • Create a home-practice

  • Relax and de-stress

We can work together to customize your practice to specifically answer your needs and goals, as well as work at your own pace. We will create awareness and intelligence in the body that you can then apply in a public class. To book a private class, contact me below.
